Ashley Midwood and his assistant have done a superb job of removing our late 1970's gravity oil boiler [ with very little hot water pressure] with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler, which is so much quieter in operation and provides hot water at mains cold pressure. All the  additional pipe work is neat including the external oil pipe feeds. We needed a 'snorkel' outlet pipe due to the boiler being near to an outside window [ building regs dictate this] and this was fitted well and does not look intrusive. Upon completion the boiler room was thoroughly cleaned and hoovered. We were given a demo on the use of the blue tooth remote control unit [ which seemed a tad complicated at first ] but know is fine. We chose Midwood Heating after seeing glowing reports and photos of Ashley’s work on social media. We are very glad we asked Ashley to sort out our leaking copper hot water cylinder which was 20 years old. He has done a great job. Before starting he put a protective covering down on the carpet including the staircase. There were a lot of copper pipes that needed removing and replacing with new pipes that needed to be rerouted to fit the new layout. From first contact to completion of the job Ashley was very efficient and quick with all communications. Ashley installed a new Viessman boiler for us, which was not straight forward, and all of the pipe work is very neat. Yet again Ashley provided an excellent service.   Service date and time easy to book and on the day  Ashley let us know when he was on his way which is extremely handy. Service and minor adjustments on Boiler done efficiently.  Very polite,courteous, and no mess left either.  Would not hesitate to recommend.
