What We Do During Our Boiler Service:
- Boiler internal visual inspection for gas or water leaks and general conditions
- Boiler flue external inspection
- Condensate trap cleaned and seal inspected (A&B rated condensing boilers only)
- Flue integrity test + flue inspection
- Door/panel seal test
- Controls inspected and test for function ability (room stat/programmers)
- Benchmark document fully completed
- Our free system health check includes a complimentary water sample test.
- Fan pressure test (negative pressure test)
- High and low boiler performance checked and recorded
- Case inspected
- Air/gas mixture test
- Expansion vessel checked
- Check ventilation
- Electric safety check (fuse spur fuse size)

The Terms & Conditions:
- 31 days notice required to terminate agreement
- All payments accepted through stripe ‘go cardless’ only
- Provision should be made to allow the gas engineer access to the boiler
- Appointments can be made up to two weeks on either side of the official service date
- This is not an emergency cover
- Gas/LPG wall hung and floor standing boilers only qualify for this ‘boiler annual service prepayment option’
- The boiler must be turned off 2 hours prior to the appointment
- 12 months monthly payments to have been fully paid prior to service being completed
